These are so comfortable! I got my true to size 38 but will probably size up one next time I purchase so I can fit my correct toes inside them. The heel and sides were a bit stiff the first couple times I wore them but they broke in quickly. The extra toe box space is such a game changer but I’ve definitely had to get used to the toe box as I kept scuffing the toes the first and second wear.

They are probably the most sneaker styled barefoot shoes and I find it a real plus. Although the wide front is clearly visible, let’s see what the comments are (I personally love them). Two things to take into account though: 1) they are tight and fall small (according to the size guide the 44 was almost 1cm bigger than my foot and my left toe slightly touches it) so I would definitely size up. They are however wide and extremely confortable so I kept them. 2) they are a bit warm, so probably not for the hottest days (I sweat easily though).

Care

Waterproofing before first-time wear

There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box – that has already been taken care of during production (and in this case, doubling up won’t make it last longer). Before first-time wear, we do recommend that you waterproof the edging again. This may cause the edging to darken slightly, so don’t be surprised.

Tip: Using a brush is the best way to apply the waterproofing product. If you choose to spray it on, be sure to cover the rest of the shoe. Repeat the waterproofing treatment as needed.

Cleaning

The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.

Post-treatment

We recommend periodic follow-up waterproofing treatments with a suitable product.

Additional notes

Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.

A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.

When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.

Chelsea shoes made in the barefoot style and perfect for winter. Your feet will be comfortable, stay warm, and still maintain your style.

Barefoot ROLA have a higher cast, a new non-slip sole and are made of Japanese microfiber suede Ultrasuede®.

The upper material is vegan microfiber suede Ultrasuede® from the Japanese company TORAY. It is made of recycled polyester, i.e. recycled PET bottles, which can then be further recycled. It is one of the most ecological substitutes for leather.

This undeniably good-looking, traditionally styled sandal is comfortable enough to wear all day yet elegant enough to look good out on the town = comfortable fashion. No small feat to achieve. Combine both qualities and you have the Rooted Brujita sandal.

Rooted Brujitas are like all other LUNA Roots and Rooted sandals, i.e., they take a little skill to master wearing them; however, it is a surprisingly easy skill to master and it gives you so much more control over the comfort of the sandal on "your" foot. If you follow the "How To Tie LUNA Roots Sandals", you will soon master it for yourself.

Be Lenka Snowfox is a barefoot shoe designed specifically for kids to keep their feet warm and comfortable during the winter. It features a nubuck leather toe cap that is water-repellent, protecting the shoe from scratches and moisture. The shoe also has a protective waterproofing membrane and an insulating aluminium layer to provide complete protection from the cold.

The Be Lenka Snowfox has several other features that enhance barefoot comfort and natural foot development. It has a wide toe box that allows for proper toe splay and flexibility. The sole of the shoe is only 6mm thick, making it lightweight and flexible.

The materials used in the shoe include textile, chipboard, nubuck leather (water-repellent), wool, latex, merino wool, aluminium foil, and rubber (composed of 10% recycled sole remnants). The shoe is handcrafted in Portugal.

The Be Lenka Snowfox 2.0 version has merino wool and wool lining, which keeps the feet warm and toasty. There is also a water-repellent membrane between the lining and the upper to keep out moisture. The shoe has an ingenious lacing system with a stopper for an excellent fit. The insole of the shoe is equipped with an aluminium layer to prevent cold from penetrating. Regular use of a waterproofing spray can improve the shoe's water repellency and make it easier to maintain.

The KidsComfort sole of the shoe provides stability and control during everyday movement. It mimics walking barefoot, promoting natural foot function. The Be Lenka Snowfox is a type of walking shoe that offers a wide toe box, ultra-flexible sole, zero drop, and lightweight design.

It is here, the new development RUN 3.0 XRD, with a durable, specially milled colored button laces system, delivery from January 2020. Our first minimalistic running barefoot sandal. Type: Walking shoes

Named after the ancient Greek city of Samos, home to one of the first paved roads which linked the city to it's temple. The Samos are one of our road racing models. They give you optimal ground feel, protection from road debris and glass, and some softness.

The Samos feature a 0,8 mm thick microfiber footbed that has the feel of leather but with a greater capacity to manage moisture. This makes it the sandal of choice when your planning to do a lot of running in wet conditions. The microfiber footbed is pressure glued onto a 6 mm Vibram Mandorlo Morflex sole. Mandorlo Morflex is a micro-cellular rubber, with only half the weight, but with excellent grip and durability. It has a gummy feel and shapes to your feet the more you wear them.

Like all Panta sandals the Samos feature the 3-in-1 strap system. One continuous strap is fixed to the sole with a full metal plug. A single sliding buckle gives you three options for wearing. They're shipped as pictured in what we call the diagonal-fixed set-up. This is the most all-round set-up that we've chosen as the standard set-up for our sandals.
