The iGUANEYE Jungle provides ultra-minimal foot protection. It acts like a second skin and follows all your movements. A piece of Ultraflex elastomer only wraps around your big toe and your heel. By doing so, it secures a thick ergonomic sole under your feet and just like magic : IT HOLDS ! Light soles are made of EVA foam. Incredibly light and water-proof, they are also soft and super comfortable. The Light version has the advantage to follow you even in water or when weather is rainy.

Waterproofing before first-time wear

This minimal shoe is water-permeable. Consequently, waterproofing is not necessary.

Cleaning

The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.

We recommend removing the insoles from the shoes after use for airing and to avoid moisture build-up.

They can be carefully washed by hand. Allow to dry completely before putting them back. Not machine washable.

Care

Waterproofing before first-time wear

There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box – that has already been taken care of during production (and in this case, doubling up won’t make it last longer). Before first-time wear, we do recommend that you waterproof the edging again. This may cause the edging to darken slightly, so don’t be surprised.

Tip: Using a brush is the best way to apply the waterproofing product. If you choose to spray it on, be sure to cover the rest of the shoe. Repeat the waterproofing treatment as needed.

Cleaning

When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.

For those who like it a little more loose, or when the calf circumference is wider, the upper eyelets can be omitted when lacing. Depending on the circumference of the feet and legs, it is also possible that the elastic laces (even in 59.1 IN length) cannot be laced to the top.

Początkowo zamówiłem rozmiar 43, sugerując się zaleceniami do sprawdzenia swojego rozmiaru podanymi na stronie, jednak w moim wypadku dodanie 0.5-1.2 cm okazało się zbędne. Pierwsze zamówienie zwróciłem i zamówiłem rozmiar mniejsze, które okazały się idealnie pasować. Jeżeli chodzi o sam zwrot to nie było najmniejszego problemu - firma po otrzymaniu paczki już następnego dnia zatwierdziła zwrot. Tak samo nie doświadczyłem żadnych problemów z przesyłką, a cały proces od pierwszego zamówienia do zwrotu zajął niecałe 2 tygodnie (w to wliczyć trzeba fakt że firmy kurierskie nie pracowały w weekendy). Przy pierwszej przesyłce kontaktowałem się również mailowo z punktem obsługi, co również przebiegło niezwykle sprawnie, a odpowiedź otrzymałem już następnego dnia. Buty wydają się solidnie wykonane. Sustainable and vegan materials with perfect colour stability, breathability and tear resistance were used in the production.

The outer part of the shoe is made from microfibre and polyester. They are also produced using processes that minimize the impact on the environment.The lining of the shoe is made from Dermodry Coolmax® technical fabric, which enables constant moisture drainage. This type of lining speeds up the process of moisture–drainage and sweat absorption, thanks to which the skin of the foot remains dry. Dermodry Coolmax® is a soft, light and breathable material that is used in prestigious footwear models and undergoes the most demanding tests of technical quality performed in independent laboratories.The sole is made from soft synthetic rubber with high wear-and-tear resistance.The insole consists of a cork layer, that allows excellent sweat drainage, and breathable polyurethane foam, thanks to which you will feel perfectly comfortable throughout the day.

Boty jsou na mě moc tuhé, ale jinak vypadají super. Za co ztrhávám hvězdičky, tak je proces vracení. Bohužel si není kde boty vyzkoušet, takže člověk musí objednat a pokud boty nesednou, tak vrátit. Kdysi, když jsem boty vracela, tak jsem mohla zpáteční dopravu objednat přes belenka, dnes už to tak není a musela jsem si vraceni zařizovat sama. Toto vnímám jako hodně zpátečnický krok v zákaznickém servise (konkurence v ČR dopravu zařizuje a vraceni zboží je o dost lehčí). Z tohoto důvodu pravděpodobně přejdu na jinou značku barefoot bot. Je to škoda, protože má belenka co nabídnout, ale tento vstřícný krok ze strany e-shopu je pro mě osobně hodně důležitý.

Są to moje pierwsze buty typu barefoot i jestem z nich naprawdę zadowolony. Niezwykle wygodne, a przy tym prezentują się rownie dobrze. Początkowo zamówiłem rozmiar 43, sugerując się zaleceniami do sprawdzenia swojego rozmiaru podanymi na stronie, jednak w moim wypadku dodanie 0.5-1.2 cm okazało się zbędne. Pierwsze zamówienie zwróciłem i zamówiłem rozmiar mniejsze, które okazały się idealnie pasować. Jeżeli chodzi o sam zwrot to nie było najmniejszego problemu - firma po otrzymaniu paczki już następnego dnia zatwierdziła zwrot. Tak samo nie doświadczyłem żadnych problemów z przesyłką, a cały proces od pierwszego zamówienia do zwrotu zajął niecałe 2 tygodnie (w to wliczyć trzeba fakt że firmy kurierskie nie pracowały w weekendy). Przy pierwszej przesyłce kontaktowałem się również mailowo z punktem obsługi, co również przebiegło niezwykle sprawnie, a odpowiedź otrzymałem już następnego dnia. Buty wydają się solidnie wykonane. Widziałem opinie mówiące że po niedługim okresie się rozlatują. Na razie noszę je od dwóch tygodni i jestem dobrej myśli, ponieważ wszystko trzyma się bardzo dobrze. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupu i szczerze mogę polecić tego producenta :D
