FIRM GROUND OUTSOLE:

• 3mmVivos are designed with thin soles to help reconnect you with the ground and provide flexibility for strong, healthy feet.
• 2.5mm Tread depth refers to the thickness of the patterns or "lugs" on the sole, which are designed to cater to specific surfaces and conditions, providing an ideal combination of traction, grip, and a sense of connection with the ground.
• The Firm Ground Outsole is made from a sticky rubber compound for maximum grip and durability.
• With a 3mm base and 2.5mm lug height, plus a textured arch for zonal grip, this sole will keep your feet firmly planted on multiple terrains.

ORTHOLITE INSOLE:

• The Active Ortholite Performance Insole is made of 98% recycled PU foam, which helps reduce waste and the use of virgin plastics.

VEGAN:

• The main materials in all our Vegan products are synthetic and aren't derived from animals.
• While we believe the shoes are vegan, we're not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.

PUNCTURE RESISTANT:

• The Pro5 Puncture Resistant finish is a lightweight and flexible 0.8mm layer on the sole, which protects your feet from painful bits while still allowing for maximum feeling.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

• STANDARD: $5 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER $120) - 3-5 working days via tracked service with USPS. Orders placed after 1pm Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• EXPRESS: $10 - 1-3 WORKING DAYS From Dispatch Tracked service with USPS. Orders placed after 1pm Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Note: All orders placed outside the UK and EU will be subject to duties and taxes that depend on the destination of the parcel. Customers might have an option to prepay their taxes or pay them once they receive their order. Option to prepay taxes and duties will display at checkout for selected countries.

100 DAY TRIAL:

• We've introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, you can return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle.

• LIQUIPROOF PREMIUM PROTECTOR can be used to replenish the water repellent qualities of your shoes.

REPAIR OPTIONS:

• Laces and insoles can be replaced.

END OF LIFE:

• Once you can't repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we'll make sure they're given a second life, or if they're really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.
