ABABA OUTSOLE The Ababa Outsole is a 4mm ergonomic, hand-stitched sole with a heel wrap and a slight flare that encourages natural rocking and flexibility. It is designed with thin soles to help reconnect you with the ground and provide flexibility for strong, healthy feet. The tread depth refers to the thickness of the patterns or "lugs" on the sole, which are purposefully designed to cater to specific surfaces and conditions and provide traction, grip, and a sense of connection with the ground. The Ababa Outsole features our signature footprint design, inspired by the Laetoli footprints from around 3.7 million years ago.

NO INSOLE The shoe does not have an insole, which brings you even closer to the ground for the full barefoot experience.

Weight The shoe weighs 186g, based on a single shoe in Women's size: EU 38 | UK 5 | US 7.5. The Vivo fits true to size.

End of Life Once you can’t repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make sure they’re given a second life. If they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution. Send us your Vivos.
