By submitting your store information to be listed on the Barefoot Shoe Map ("the Map") operated by Minimal List ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Brand," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before submitting your information.

To be eligible for listing on the Map, you must:

• Operate a physical store that sells barefoot shoes or minimalist footwear.
• Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your store.

Updates

You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to your store information.

Permission

By submitting content, you grant us the right to display, reproduce, and distribute this information on the Map and related features on our website.

You agree that the content you submit:

• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.
• Is solely owned by you or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.

We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any store submissions at our sole discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed, and we may request additional information for verification purposes.

• Free Listing: Your store will be listed on the Map free of charge.
• Future Fees: We reserve the right to introduce a listing fee in the future.
• No Obligation: You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to remove your store listing at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your participation by requesting the removal of your store from the Map.

Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you submit.

Our rights

All rights to the Map and its content, excluding your submitted information, are owned by us.

Display scope

Your submission may appear on the map and related Minimal-list features tied to the listing.

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting your information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

As-is basis

The Map is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific results from your store being listed on the Map.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Map.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Map.

Your continued participation after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
