Wearer insights

Teslas were my first too. I got very basic insole pads from Walmart (nothing with arch support) and used those for the first couple of months in the shoe. Teslas are very thin, so you may need some extra cushion to start, especially on rocky/gravely terrain
These were my introduction to barefoot after I failed with the Merrell Trail Gloves about 15 years ago. I liked them, but they were a bit too tight and that they wore out faster than I would have liked. Not a bad beginner shoe before investing in something that will last longer.
Not much to say except TSLAs are excellent value for money and I'm sad that I've not been able to get them on Amazon lately. Tried two competing Chinese knockoff brands (Saguaro and Voovix) and they were both rubbish in comparison.
