Stand firm on multiple terrains with extra grip, durability, and traction. The Firm Ground 2 Outsole has deeper lugs, with a 3mm base and 4mm lug height for added grip and traction. Made from a sticky rubber compound with sharpened hexagon shapes, plus a textured arch for zonal grip, this sole will keep your feet firmly planted on multiple terrains - wet to dry, concrete to rocky.
THERMAL INSOLE:
The Thermal Insole has built-in temperature-regulating technology that absorbs, stores, and releases heat. This smart thermal layer responds to the naturally changing temperatures of your feet, keeping them warm or cooling them down.
WATER RESISTANT:
The shoes are made from water-resistant materials that are non-absorbent.

TAXES AND DUTIES:
All orders placed outside the UK and EU will be subject to duties and taxes that depend on the destination of the parcel. Customers might have an option to prepay their taxes or pay them once they receive their order. Option to prepay taxes and duties will display at checkout for selected countries.
100 DAY TRIAL:
We offer a 100-day trial for all orders. If you change your mind within that period, you can return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle. The trial period commences automatically from the date your order arrives. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).

CLEANING:

DRYING:
- Remove insole and dry at room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
AFTERCARE:
- Use Liquiproof Premium Protector to replenish the water repellent qualities of the shoes.
- Use Renapur Leather Balsam to nourish the leather, restore the color and finish, and help prevent your footwear from drying out and cracking. It will also clean surface dirt.
REPAIR OPTIONS:
- Laces and insoles can be replaced.
- Outsoles and hardware can be replaced with our Revivo Repairs Programme.
END OF LIFE:
Once your Vivos can't be repaired or you don't need them anymore, you can send them to us and we'll make sure they are given a second life, or if they're well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.
