The Pro5 Puncture Resistant finish is a lightweight and flexible 0.8mm layer on the sole. Protective underfoot to keep painful bits out, but still letting all the feeling in.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
STANDARD - $5 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER $120): 3-5 working days via tracked service with USPS. Orders placed after 1pm Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
EXPRESS - $10: 1-3 WORKING DAYS From Dispatch. Tracked service with USPS. Orders placed after 1pm Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

We're confident that after experiencing the joys of natural foot freedom, your feet won't want to go back to 'normal' shoes. So confident, we've introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, we're happy for you to return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle. Your trial will commence automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply check out with your shoes as usual and we'll take care of the rest. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).

CLEANING:
Care information for the leather option: Brush off mud and clean with a damp cloth.
Care information for the suede option: Avoid cleaning suede shoes when they're wet. It's best to allow mud or other moisture to dry before brushing. Once dry, brush the suede/nubuck with a stiff-bristled brush to remove any surface dirt or dust.
DRYING:
Remove insole and dry at room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
AFTERCARE:
Care information for the leather option: We recommend using Renapur Leather Balsam to nourish the leather, restore the color and finish, and help prevent the leather from drying out and cracking. It's ideal to treat new footwear as it helps relax the new leather and make your footwear waterproof.
Care information for the suede option: To remove any marks that remain on the surface of your shoes, use a suede rubber, pencil eraser, or household cleaning sponge. Make sure the rubber is clean from stains itself. For stubborn stains, use an acidic liquid such as suede cleaner, white vinegar, or rubbing alcohol. Dampen the suede lightly with the liquid and massage the shoe with a rapid side-to-side motion, then allow the suede to dry.
REPAIR OPTIONS:
Laces and insoles can be replaced.
END OF LIFE:
Once you can't repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make sure they’re given a second life or, if they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.
