Minnemals was founded by Delaney Smith, a Muscle Activation Techniques and gait analysis practitioner from Minnesota. After six years of working with clients, Delaney kept tracing the same root problem back to conventional footwear: cushioned, narrow, heel-elevated shoes that let feet grow weak and dissociated from the body. Barefoot shoes were the answer she kept prescribing, so she decided to build her own. Minnemals shoes are fully barefoot in structure: wide toe box, zero drop, thin flexible sole, and every design decision is informed by what Delaney would hear as hesitations to try this type of footwear from her clients. Our flagship Stimulus V2 was designed to carry you from the gym through everyday life, because the biggest impact comes from wearing barefoot shoes all day, not just during workouts.
