GEO OUTSOLE:

• Vivos are designed with thin soles (2.5mm) to help reconnect you with the ground and provide flexibility for strong, healthy feet.
• The tread depth (1.5mm) refers to the thickness of the patterns or "lugs" on the sole, which are purposefully designed to cater to specific surfaces and conditions.
• The Geo Outsole has a hexagonal tread pattern for multi-directional flexibility and sensory feedback, giving you amplified groundfeel and grip for uninhibited movement.
• The outsole is slightly cored out to prevent aquaplaning and raises up towards the heel to hold feet firmly in place.
• A stitch channel allows for disassembly and repair, so you can send your old Vivos to our regenerative Revivo service for fixing or repurposing.

THERMAL INSOLE:

• The Thermal Insole has built-in temperature-regulating technology that absorbs, stores and releases heat, responding to the naturally changing temperatures of your feet to keep them warm or cool.

WATER RESISTANT:

• The shoe is made from water-resistant and non-absorbent materials.

FIT AND SIZING:

• This Vivo shoe fits true to size.

SHIPPING:

• Standard shipping is $5 (free on orders over $120) and takes 3-5 working days via tracked service with USPS.
• Express shipping is $10 and takes 1-3 working days from dispatch via tracked service with USPS.
• Orders placed after 1pm Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Orders placed outside the UK and EU will be subject to duties and taxes dependent on the destination, with the option to prepay or pay upon receiving the order.

100 DAY TRIAL:

• Customers have a 100-day trial period for all orders. If they change their mind within that period, they can return the shoes for a full refund with no hassle.

CLEANING AND CARE:

• Brush off mud and clean with a damp cloth.
• Dry at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight or putting on a radiator.
• Recommend using Renapur Leather Balsam to nourish the leather, restore color and finish, and prevent drying out and cracking.
