Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The Golden Toe Awards is an annual celebration of the best in barefoot shoes, organized by Minimal-list to honor makers and community members. By voting in the Golden Toe Awards and participating in the giveaway, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Anyone with an interest in minimalist/barefoot shoes, boots, sandals, etc., is eligible to vote and participate in the giveaway.

Agreement to Terms

Voting for all categories begins on 15th July 2023 and ends on 29th July 2023. You may vote for as many different barefoot shoes as you want. Multiple votes for the same product will not be counted. You may nominate and vote for your own product.

Prize and Giveaway Rules

First-place winners will receive a Golden Toe Award. Second and third-place winners will receive an honorable mention. Prizes and giveaway items will be announced and distributed in August. Each unique vote in the Golden Toe Awards gives the voter an entry into the giveaway. To enter the giveaway, voters must follow Minimal-list on Instagram and cast their vote. Shipping costs for the giveaway prizes may be borne by the winners.

Data Collection, Use, and Sharing

Minimal-list collects voters' data for voting processing, potential anonymized sharing with brands, and giveaway participation. Minimal-list reserves the right to share anonymized feedback from votes/responses with brands for their product improvement and insights. Measures are in place to protect voters' privacy.

Rights Reserved

Minimal-list reserves the right to adjust voting results in the event of inauthentic/irregular voting patterns to keep things fair and adjust for the size of the brand. Minimal-list reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, cancel the voting or the giveaway, or disqualify voters for misconduct.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the voting, giveaway, or these terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Should any disputes arise, all parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual negotiation and discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
